The Abominable Crime

On January 26 at 6:30 pm, in partnership with the Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network, JCA will be screening the documentary, The Abominable Crime. The film follows the stories of two Jamaicans from the LGBTQ+ community, one a single mother trying to escape persecution after nearly being murdered, and the other an advocate who mounts a legal challenge to homophobic legislation, Maurice Tomlinson. Maurice will be present and a discussion will follow.
