Defeating Diabetes Together tackles chronic disease management directly through preventative care, clinical testing, and culturally grounded education.

Organized by the Jamaican Canadian Association alongside Black Creek Community Health Centre and Dynacare Labs, the four-hour session provides direct access to medical screening and lifestyle guidance at no cost and without referral barriers.
